Raj founded Renwick Real Estate in 1997 and has been involved in NYC and then CT real estate since.  Renwick works hand in hand with towns to create interesting projects that captivate the imagination and senses, while preserving open space with a focus on conservation.   

In Southbury CT, we continue the creation of Willow Creek Estates, a collection of custom farm homes surrounding Willow Creek Farm, one of CT's top equestrian farms boarding 65+ horses, 5 Goats, 2 Mini Donkeys, 4 barn cats, and our home.  There we worked with the town to insure the historic farm (Riker Farm) would always remain a horse farm in conservation,  and homes would be built on the adjoining 50 acres overlooking the farm down our private gated drive, allowing for minimal farm impact and preservation of an important property. 

In Roxbury we were instantly mesmerized by this special property and knew that large wooded lots, served by rustic roads, would create something special in a very special town. We worked over the past 5 years to continually modify the plan to satisfy all parties, and have come out to a project where hierloom homes for generations can by built.

Raj holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is an instrument rated private pilot and enjoys playing golf, sailing, hiking the amazing trails in Roxbury all while spending time with his wife Jill and two boys, Remy and Jesse.

With the Woods, Jill is excited to present her clientele with a unique offering that makes them instantly feel at home and brings them back to a different, simpler time.  Large lots, wooded lanscapes, and vintage stone walls - all in the heart of one of CT's most sought after towns.  

Jill loves her 6 goats, 2 donkeys, 4 barn cats and 4 home cats.  She enjoys being Raj's co-pilot in an airplane, sailboat and in life and when not co-piloting, she loves her (now famous) annual toy drive at Willow Creek where she raises over 300 toys every year for Waterbury Youth Services!
